RN-BSN Nursing Program

Brenau University’s RN to BSN online nursing degree program allows Registered Nurses to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing entirely online in just three semesters. The RN to BSN nursing degree includes 31 semester hours of online nursing courses.

  • First Semester

    • NG301R Conceptual Basis of Professional Nursing*, 3 credits
    • NG304R Health Assessment, 4 credits
    • NG340R Health Promotion, Risk Reduction & Disease Prevention, 3 credits
    • NG410R Nursing Research, 3 credits

    *Upon successful completion of NG301R, nursing students receive credit for NG350, NG360, NG370, NG380, NG390, NG444, NG448, and NG480.

  • Second Semester

    • NG403R Community Health Nursing, 3 credits
    • NG430R Cultural Diversity Issues in Health Care, 3 credits
    • NG466R Health Care Systems and Policy, 3 credits
    • NG470R Leadership in Nursing, 3 credits
  • Third Semester

    • NG490R Clinical Practicum, 6 credits
